Juicers An Easy Way To Good Health!
Juicers can make meeting your nutritional requirements a snap! Most of us know we need to eat more fruit and vegetables. Many experts recommend 4-6 servings of each daily. Well, with our busy life styles how do we get all these servings in? It is easy if you use one of these machines. You can get all the servings of vegetables you need in one meal. If you aren't familiar with juicing and would like more information on why it so healthy, check the link below.

What to look for when Purchasing.
You can buy a cheap machine and it may give you good service for awhile. My first machine fit into this category. The problem is the amount of time you spend cleaning up. The more difficult clean up tends to discourage you from using the juicer. The metal cannister that holds the pulp and lets the juice out has to be washed. This is time consuming. It is even more so when you juice fruit. The natural sugar sticks to the metal and increases the difficulty of cleaning up. If you don't enjoy standing at the sink doing dishes (what are the odds of that?), I recommend you get one that uses a filter. These are easy to clean. All you have to do is: pull out the filter and pulp (they will come out together)rinse the cannister under hot water andlet it air dryThis can be done in less than a minute.I know from personal experience and my
coaching clients,
that if something is easy you are likely to stick with it. If it is hard or takes too much time you will gradually drift away from it. I use and can vouch for the

Juicing Recipes
A staple for me is carrots, celery, a slice of pepper, cabbage, broccoli and cauliflower. I am a mixed
metabolic type.
If you are a protein type it may not serve you to drink to much vegetable juice at once. You will want to start with smaller amounts and assess how you feel after drinking it.
